Dr. Brooke Edwards is originally from Crawfordville, FL, but now calls central Florida home. Since a young age, she has had a passion for helping pets and their family when they are in need, so the veterinary medicine field has always been her calling in life. In 2012, she moved to Gainesville, where she began her journey in the Veterinary field as a veterinary technician. Soon after, Dr. Edwards began pursuing her dream of becoming a Veterinarian! She had the amazing opportunity to travel to Honduras with UF Vet School Spay and Neuter program, and completed externships in many locations, including the Humane Society of North Florida. All of these adventures led to her graduating from the University of Florida, College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Edwards is passionate about helping pets maintain a strong quality of life. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs, enjoying activities like fishing, kayaking, gardening, and watching sports... especially UF College football! She is such a huge asset to our team.
